Finished By Friday

We're busy preparing for vacation, so I'm trying to empty my camera cards, charge batteries, etc. I was a little surprised by how long it's been since I emptied my card but anyway, here are some pictures of our summer so far.  Grama and PopPop gave Madelyn this little pool, so we took it over to Nana and Papa's house a few Saturdays. She loves it!  One night at Nana and Papa's she followed Papa into the kitchen and hit the jackpot! Peanut butter bagel (yep! no peanut allergies for us!).  Father's day (not super great pix cause she wasnt wanting to cooperate but...  Joy's piano recital. . . Great job as usual.  Just another cute day! :D  I love my sleepy girl!  First time in a big pool. She LOVED it! we've been in a big pool a few times now and she stays in for a long time before saying "daw daw" (all done).  4th of July. "I helped hamburger before anyone knew it could be helped." - Erma Bombeck I'm reading an old Erma Bombeck book I borrowed and this just cracked me up when i read it and I've laughed like an idiot every time I thought of it since (course it doesn't help that it's 11:30 PM!) Thought maybe you needed a good chuckle too. :D

These are all out of order but here they are anyway. Pretty dress from Grama and Pop pop.  The kiddos on Memorial day  a nice day at the park  "seese!" (shoes) :D  Her own little outside chair (and a bubble gun!)  first ride on a mower... I was surprised that the noise didnt scare her.  "Eeeee!"  At Nana and Paw paw's one saturday.  She found the sand box and loved it...  but allas this mean Mommy quickly decided she was too little for the sand box because the only thing she did was try to eat the sand. :/  Look how big she's getting!  She's been sleeping a lot lately too because she's getting more teeth. We FINALLY officially have one molar!

I'm pretty sure there is nothing sweeter than hearing your very own little one say "Ma Ma" as she toddles toward you to give you a hug or pat you on the shoulder! And just in case you were wondering, I'm also pretty sure there's no little one as sweet as MY little one! :D

Just emptying my SD card. . .  One night we got home from somewhere and this is how here hair was when I got her out of the car. . .  :D  I LOVE her personality!  Walking was newer then and she thought she was big stuff!  Helping Dad put away clean dishes. . . Oh and loading her dirty sock in it. . .  It's a thought though, get your laundry AND your dishes done all in one shot!

AND happy with the photo shoot for a change!  Little Miss was ready for a nap and we were afraid it wouldn't work out well but lucky for us it did!  There... Aren't you proud of me Rach?  P.S.  really sorry blogger can't decide which way to post pictures...
